Awasuka has developed other parallel projects in addition to seismic-resistant architecture and health at homes. In this case, two Environmental Science students lived in Bhimphedi for a few months and performed an comprehensive analysis of the organic and inorganic waste management in the village. Some of his conclusions are very interesting regarding the sustainable future of Bhimphedi, which is why the work was submitted to the local government (Bhimphedi Gaupalika). The study highlights a simple and effective proposal for Bhimphedi waste collection from Hetauda.
